Pork Tenderloin - Weekly Recipe
The Only Pork Tenderloin Recipe You'll Ever Need. Indeed, that is a bold statement. But this is a bold recipe. Bold in a good way, outstanding really. So it's A Pork Tenderloin, dusted with a smoky and Savory Rub. Seared on all sides to lock in juices and flavor. Brushed with a sweet glaze. Then oven-roasted until juicy perfection.
The Rub: 1 Tsp Paprika. 1 Tsp Garlic Powder. 1 Tsp Onion Powder. 1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme. 1/2 Tsp Dried Rosemary. Salt and Pepper To Taste. (about 1/2 Tsp Each).
The Glaze. 4 Gloves Minced Garlic. 1/4 Cup Honey. 1 Tbsp Sriracha or any hot sauce. 3 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce. 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard.
