Why did the pumpkin sit on the porch all day?
It had gourd intentions. 🎃
Weekly Recipe - Peach Cobbler Dump Cake
Ingredients
3 (15 oz) cans sliced peaches in heavy syrup
¼ cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 box white cake mix
1½ sticks salted butter
At least 1 tsp cinnamon
Cinnamon & sugar mixture (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a 9x13 baking dish, add:
2 cans of peaches with syrup
1 can of peaches, drained
Add 1 tsp cinnamon (or more, measure with your heart) and vanilla.
Optional: Cut peaches into smaller pieces and mix gently.
Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the peach mixture — don’t stir!
Slice butter and lay pieces evenly across the top of the cake mix.
Sprinkle a generous amount of your cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
Bake for 40+ minutes, until the top is golden brown and the cake mix is no longer powdery.
