Why did the pumpkin sit on the porch all day?

It had gourd intentions. 🎃

Weekly Recipe - Peach Cobbler Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 (15 oz) cans sliced peaches in heavy syrup

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 box white cake mix

  • 1½ sticks salted butter

  • At least 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Cinnamon & sugar mixture (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a 9x13 baking dish, add:

    • 2 cans of peaches with syrup

    • 1 can of peaches, drained

  3. Add 1 tsp cinnamon (or more, measure with your heart) and vanilla.

  4. Optional: Cut peaches into smaller pieces and mix gently.

  5. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the peach mixture — don’t stir!

  6. Slice butter and lay pieces evenly across the top of the cake mix.

  7. Sprinkle a generous amount of your cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.

  8. Bake for 40+ minutes, until the top is golden brown and the cake mix is no longer powdery.
